Sign-ups for the Fall 2009 Season are officially closed.  The following information is for reference purposes.  For any questions regarding registration, refer to our FAQS, or contact our Regional Commissioner.

The following registration (soccer sign-ups) information is for families wanting to sign-up at Temple City AYSO Region 98 for our 2009 Fall Soccer Season, which begins in mid-August (practices), with season games running from September through the first week of December.

Waiting List Sign-Ups

We are not accepting late registration applications and fees this year.  Sign-ups on this date will place a child onto a waiting list for their applicable division.  Placement on a team is not guaranteed.  Should a child be placed onto a team (on a later date), a Waiting List Registration Fee of $115 will be collected at that time.

  • Family discount of $10 if signing up more than two (2) players on the same day.

Registration Dates
All registrations are taken at the Live Oak Park Community Center unless otherwise noted. 
Live Oak Park is located at 10144 Bogue Street, Temple City, CA.

What to bring to Early and Regular Registration Dates

New Players (those who are new to Region 98, as well as those who have played in Region 98 previously but did not play last season) must bring a birth certificate for proof of age. It is also helpful to have player height, weight, medical insurance, and emergency contact information handy when you fill out your forms.

Forms of payment accepted:  We will accept cash and personal checks payable to TC AYSO Region 98.

New Players will also need to attend a mandatory Player Evaluation session for team balancing purposes.  Dates: Girls-August 12.  Boys-August 13.  Makeup day: August 18.
